Each program is individually tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.

One-on-one 

personal training

 

With one-on-one training the focus is on you and your specific goals. After an initial consultation, Harley can design an exercise program based on your timeframe, body shape, exercise preferences, current condition, health requirements and lifestyle. 

Small group Training

 

Small group training presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer while lowering the cost per session.

With a group limited to 4 participants or less, it will be fun, but still small enough to the retain high quality of an exercise professional. 

 

You will be correctly supervised in your movements and have your workout maximized with corrections by the trainer along the way.
